Jim is the author of Great Commission Disciple Making, a training manual for teams who want to learn how to make disciples of Jesus.  Jim and Cindy live in Minneapolis, MN where they train and coordinate disciple making practitioners.  Jim and Cindy travel wherever they receive an invitation to learn about Bible based disciple making.  This has taken them from India to Africa, to Latin America and the Caribbean.

They are motivated by the vision of seeing disciple-making movements impacting every country on the earth.  Their mission is to equip believers to complete the Great Commission and to mobilize the traditional church to look with fresh eyes at all the human resources that God has given them so that they will equip each family that belong to their church to live as disciples of Jesus and reach their neighbors.
