Discovering the Kingdom of God



Mark 1:14-15 ESV: Now after John was arrested, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the gospel of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”

Matthew 24:14  NASB:  “This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world,  for a witness to all the nations (ethnos= people groups), and then the end will come.”

Luke 10:8-9 NASB: “Whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat what is set before you; heal those in it who are sick, and say to them, The kingdom of God has come near to you.”

Acts 19:8 ESV:  And he entered the synagogue and for three months spoke boldly, reasoning and persuading them about the kingdom of God.

Romans 14:17 ESV:  For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating & drinking but of righteousness peace & joy in the Holy Spirit.
